As the Head of Art, you will encourage pupils’ creativity and teach them the skills to not only come up with brilliant ideas, but to turn them into a reality.
The successful candidate will:
• Be a suitably qualified teacher with QTS (qualified teacher status), QTLS (qualified teacher learning skills)
• Have experience as a department head or prove the essential skills for promotion
• Have strong classroom management skills
• Possess the ability to lead, organise and manage the Art department
• Have great knowledge and understanding of the subject area and UK national curriculum with the ability to engage and inspire young people so that they can achieve their full potential

We are currently looking to appoint a PE teacher for one of our schools based in the Colchester area of Essex. The Successful applicant must be able to deliver Business Studies or ICT on a 50/50 split basis. (50% PE timetable, 50% Business studies or ICT)
The successful candidate will:
• Be a suitably qualified teacher with QTS (qualified teacher status), QTLS (qualified teacher learning skills) or an NQT (newly qualified teacher)
• Be able to teach PE across key stage 3 and 4 and also either Business Studies or ICT
• Have a positive can do attitude with lots of enthusiasm
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to student achievement
